About us

The central hub for media feeds.

We help operators, engineers and producers deliver reliable, high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting across the United Kingdom.

Our story

Built by people who keep live feeds on air

informexa began as a small group of broadcast engineers and camera operators who were tired of seeing talented newcomers learn signal management the hard way, in the middle of a live transmission.

Today we run structured courses in video operation, live signal management and content distribution, from first-day fundamentals to advanced remote production, all designed around the daily reality of UK news and television teams.

What we stand for

Four principles behind every course

Reliability first

A feed that drops at the wrong second is a story lost. We teach redundancy, monitoring and calm fault-finding as habits, not extras.

Learn on real kit

Cameras, routers, encoders and monitoring tools you will meet on the job, used in realistic studio and outside-broadcast scenarios.

Taught by practitioners

Every tutor currently works in live news or television, so what you hear in class is what happens on air.

Clear, fair pricing

Transparent course fees with seasonal intake offers. No online checkout: we talk to every learner before confirming a place.

How we teach

From the first cable to the final transmission

Each course combines short theory blocks with long practical sessions. You will build a signal path, break it on purpose, find the fault and restore the feed, so the same situation on a real shift feels familiar.
